R ecruiting is about solving organizational problems - one interaction at a time. Whether I'm discussing career goals with candidates or building teams with clients, I love connecting great people with great companies. I think I have a knack for it.

I spent the early part of my career in executive search, followed by a four-year stint in software sales and consulting. The Laudi Group's solid team, technology focus and integrity made my return to recruiting an easy choice.

I continue to develop our business in the Waterloo Region, managing critical senior level searches for our clients. I'm continually in awe of the talent and leadership in this region, and it is my goal to help these pioneers continue to shape the region's technology landscape.
